You may know the song from the popular meme Get Down! or GEDDAN! that stars many characters dancing rapidly in an awesome motion. It is quite an old song, during my mum's era (or somewhere there). Nevertheless, its an awesome song.

I am sorry if expectations aren't reached. I am sincerely sorry, I am not a proffesional nor a good singer, and I sing it for my love towards the song and its culture. I sung the song based on the lyrics from AnimeLyrics! I love them very much!

I can't find any good background image for the song, nor do I have the talent to animate a Get Down! meme proffesionally, so I put in a random picture I think suitted the song instead. Sorry guys!!

Oh yes! This is a great song. I first heard this song two years back, when I saw Nitori Kawashiro (A Touhou Character) performing GET DOWN! or GEDDAN! on Youtube. When I heard the song for the first time, I fell in love. Yes. Even though it was just the chorus, I fell in love with the song. From then on, I searched hard for the song. It was an old song, I discovered. When I asked a friend, he told me that the song was a song during his mum's era. (He was a year older than me) He also said that he used to see it on TV when he was young. Imagine that!

So I had fun recording this song. It took three hours!!!! but I took the initiative to do it. Even though it was tiring- with all the low pitches and high pitches, and the tremolo @_@ I dont know if I used the right term?

After uploading it on Youtube, I went to Audacity and changed the pitch. I realized I sound nicer if my voice was lower... but my voice is just strangely pitched. I dont fit under male's or female's vocal range. Strange thing.

Aria the Animation : Rainbow [Cover]

The song is Rainbow, from Aria the Animation series. The original one is so much better, so support it! I do not own any of these things except for my voice. The picture is taken from wikipedia, and further edited by me. The karaoke version is from Gendou. Its a lovely site. Visit them!

This song was introduced to me by my sister, also an avid fan of anime like me! She told me she visualized this song has an MV, one that goes like this...

A lady, married for some time now goes to work. It was a Christmas morning. Her co-workers at work were boasting and bragging about the gifts their husbands bought for them. A handbag.. flight ticket to Paris.. etc. The lady, knowing she was not from a well off family was sad, but she knows its inevitable, her husband is already struggling hard at work- what more to get a present for her during these hard times?

When she got home, she sat down and cleaned the house, put everything in place to get ready for the Christmas night. Once she has done everything, she took a rest. Her husband came home just in time, and after taking a bath carried her to bed and slept with her. It was almost midnight at that time.

The scene then gets set on her coworkers. Albeit their husbands / lovers buying the presents for them, they were alone in bed. Their husbands / lovers were out drinking, clubbing.. etc.

This gets to show that even though the lady's husband gave her no present for Christmas, still showed her the same love he showed since the day he married her.
