This song was introduced to me by my sister, also an avid fan of anime like me! She told me she visualized this song has an MV, one that goes like this...

A lady, married for some time now goes to work. It was a Christmas morning. Her co-workers at work were boasting and bragging about the gifts their husbands bought for them. A handbag.. flight ticket to Paris.. etc. The lady, knowing she was not from a well off family was sad, but she knows its inevitable, her husband is already struggling hard at work- what more to get a present for her during these hard times?

When she got home, she sat down and cleaned the house, put everything in place to get ready for the Christmas night. Once she has done everything, she took a rest. Her husband came home just in time, and after taking a bath carried her to bed and slept with her. It was almost midnight at that time.

The scene then gets set on her coworkers. Albeit their husbands / lovers buying the presents for them, they were alone in bed. Their husbands / lovers were out drinking, clubbing.. etc.

This gets to show that even though the lady's husband gave her no present for Christmas, still showed her the same love he showed since the day he married her.
